About me

I’m a product designer who makes complex SaaS feel clear enough to act on — UI/UX, digital storytelling, and the operational details that decide whether people trust what they see. Based in Saint John, NB, and open to remote.

I studied English Literature at Mount Allison University and earned a certificate in Visual Literacy. That storytelling habit stuck: I still care as much about the words and states as I do about the layout.

At Computer Generated Solutions (CGS), I’ve earned two promotions for design and operational work. As the product designer for PitchBuilder+, I was recognized for my UI/UX work, and I was named CGS’s top female contributor in a company-wide vote for International Women’s Day. Across four-plus years I’ve shaped 30+ presentations and 25+ prototypes, with a tool launch that drove a 231% engagement lift.

Studied abroad in Seoul, and I’m fluent in English with working Korean — handy when collaboration spans more than one culture. Day to day: Figma, design systems, and AI as a tool for exploring options faster, not as a substitute for judgment. This site included: I designed and vibe-coded the whole thing.

How I work

  1. Start before it’s neat

On PitchBuilder+, Lifecycle Intelligence, and Digital Renewals, I cared about the language, the edge cases, and the handoff, not only how a single mockup looked.

  2. Make the next step obvious

I’m happiest when a dense dashboard suddenly feels scannable: what’s going on, how urgent it is, and what to do next.

  3. Leave room for judgment

Beautiful screens matter when they help someone finish a hard task. Results and clarity beat decoration every time.
